Small Volume of Calls to Local Numbers Dropped or Did Not Connect

At 15:10 Pacific time a routine telephony configuration change inadvertently dropped a total of 86 in flight calls on a subset of our local numbers. The affected numbers remained out of service until 15:32 when service was completely restored. Callers on one of the affected lines may have had their call unexpectedly dropped, and callers attempting to use one of the affected local promo numbers may have experienced a “Number Not in Service” message when dialing an affected number between 15:10 and 15:32 Pacific time.

This issue has been completely resolved and all local and toll free numbers are routing as expected. We are working to gather information on the affected calls, both dropped and new calls that did not connect.
