At approximately 14:30 Pacific Time, unexpected restarts on processes for a subset of servers resulted in a small percentage of calls being dropped. This did not impact overall call routing or subsequent connections, and callers that called back would have connected successfully.

This may be visible within Invoca in the Calls Report as an uptick in calls with an end of call reason of Destination: Hang Up at 14:30 Pacific time.
