We have resolved the issue with our upstream provider and keypresses are now successfully being recognized within the Invoca IVR and processing through to destination lines.

Identified

We have identified an issue where some callers that are calling Invoca Toll Free numbers are not able to successfully make a keypress when prompted within the Invoca IVR, resulting in some callers not being able to navigate through the IVR to connect to destination lines.

We are actively engaged with our carrier to resolve the issue
