Dashboard Tiles Missing Calls From 5:50 PM to 6:10 PM Pacific Time

A recent deployment at 5:50pm Pacific Time unintentionally caused the call counting metric to stop. This caused certain dashboard tiles that aggregate call counts to be inaccurate due to missing calls from 5:50pm through 6:10pm, when the deploy was rolled back after discovering the issue.

Call routing and call reporting were not affected in any way during this period - only the call count dashboard tiles. The issue is no longer occurring and the incident is resolved.
